IMIBO and its owners, below named as the "PRODUCER", disclaims all warranties as to performance or merchantability or any other warranties whether expressed or implied should this program prove defective, the licensee assumes the risk of paying the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair, or connection and any incidental or consequential damages.
In no event will PRODUCER be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use or the inability to use this product.
Resale of this product is not permitted - only a nominal charge may be accepted for distribution.

Use of this product for any period constitutes your acceptance of this agreement and subjects you to its contests.
The features, performance, cost of the product or the information in this document is subject to change without notice and does not represent a commitment on the part of the PRODUCER.

Trial versions of "IMI FAST USER MANAGER AND REPORTS" are available for use for 30-days from the date of installation.
RESTRICTIONS:
This is a fully functional product. It will expire after a determined period of time after its installation. You must register to continue using this product after the trial period expires.
YOU CANNOT RESELL, RENT, REBRAND OR LEASE "IMI FAST USER MANAGER AND REPORTS" APPLICATION.
YOU MAY NOT REVERSE ENGINEER, DECOMPILE, OR DISASSEMBLE THE "IMI FAST USER MANAGER AND REPORTS" APPLICATION.

REGISTRATION:
You need an "IMI FAST USER MANAGER AND REPORTS" license for each single workstation where "IMI FAST USER MANAGER AND REPORTS" is being installed.

Concurrent-use licensing is not permitted.

The "IMI FAST USER MANAGER AND REPORTS" is licensed for usage, not sold.
The "IMI FAST USER MANAGER AND REPORTS" is owned and copyrighted by PRODUCER and its third party suppliers. This License does not, in any way, transfer ownership of any copyrights or trademarks associated with the "IMI FAST USER MANAGER AND REPORTS". It is a license only, and ownership is not changed in any way. PRODUCER third party suppliers may protect their rights in the event of any violation of these License Terms.

License includes a 60-day free upgrade period from the date of licensing.

MAINTENANCE:
"IMI FAST USER MANAGER AND REPORTS" maintenance programs extend the free initial 60-day maintenance period with 1 (one) year. During this maintenance period you can upgrade your current version of "IMI FAST USER MANAGER AND REPORTS" to actually published and available. Additional fee is required for one year maintenance period.
OTHER:
PRODUCER reserves the right to discontinue the license of The Product, for any reason and to elect to replace The Product with an alternative. Upon notice of any discontinuance of a license you, and your employee, agree not to further use The Product so discontinued.
You hereby acknowledge that IMIBO as PRODUCER is the exclusive owner of the Products and any and all intellectual property rights in and to The Product.
This Agreement shall automatically terminate upon failure by you to comply with its terms.

This Agreement is a license and is not a sale.
